The municipality of The Hague is working with stakeholders to develop a future vision for the city; a spatial perspective with a time horizon to 2040. The past six months several meetings were held. These resulted in a discussion paper listing the principal trends, challenges and dilemmas The Hague is facing. Based on this paper, four tracks will be worked out in the coming months.
One of the tracks aims to make spatial outlooks for eight districts. Spatial quality and intensification are central to these explorations, that will be developed by design teams from the region and local coalitions from these districts.
As coordinating office Posad will organize the coherence of the project, develop and monitor methodology and inspire the teams. Posad translates the outcomes of the spatial explorations into input for the Agenda.
