Boris Hocks is a founder and partner at Posad Spatial Strategies. He graduated with an honourable mention at the Technical University of Delft and also received an honourable mention for his graduation project. He is an urban planner who is aware of the differences and relationships between the various levels. Specifically, he focuses on regional design and spatial strategies. In his work he searches to combine engineering, infrastructure, urban and landscape development.
Economic, environmental and spatial challenges demand for integrated solutions. Boris searches for these solutions in ‘spatial strategies’ by means of design research with a high degree of flexibility and a solution oriented approach.
Within the office Boris was a project leader for a wide range of research by design projects like the Delta studio for the Southwestern Delta and the Delta atelier. He is working on transit oriented development plans and the energylandscapes of the Netherlands.
